Teams magnetically attach 56 floating Hex Links to Alliance Bollards of the same colour, retrieve three submerged Moorings and Berth in the Anchorage.

    Referees record the Autonomous Bonus.

    Drive Team Members control their Robots.

Trident-X 2026 Buildathon

15 to 16 August 2026
Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD)
90+ teams from 28 schools, across both runs

A two-day workshop where students learn CAD, code with the MARLIN API, and build a starter boat to test in a pool. Run twice, on 15–16 August and 26–27 September 2026, for different schools.

New schools can join Link Lockdown at any point in the season. MARLIN events run two divisions: Division A for Junior College, Polytechnic and ITE students, and Division B for Secondary School students.
